Marvin Sevely’s design for the METU emblem which is still in use today

The METU emblem was designed by one of the oldest faculty members of the Faculty of Architecture, Marvın Sevely. The emblem, consisting of two interlocking circles representing the Eastern and Western worlds, symbolizes the unity of these two worlds within METU.
